UK domestic orders delivered via either 1st or 2nd class mail – your choice! 

International orders ship via standard delivery, or you can opt for tracked delivery at a higher cost. 

Close-by friends: if you are local to the Bournemouth area, let me know in the notes section at checkout, and I will refund your shipping charges if we’re doing a face-to-face pick up :)

Delivery times

✦ UK Domestic: 1st class 1-3 working days (including Saturday); 2nd class 2-5 working days (including Saturday)

✦ Europe: 3-5 working days

✦ Rest of world: 6-8 working days

!! Please please ensure that your address is correct during checkout !! If your order is sent back to me, I may have to ask for additional postage fees to get it to you.

Prepping your orders

I aim to pack your order as soon as possible after purchase! Since the online shop is a side-hustle at the mo, I’ll most likely be sending orders out on my next available day off. Unless otherwise disclosed, I’ll get parcels out minimum once weekly. 

I do everything I can to ensure your goodies get to you safely and undamaged, however some things are simply out of my control. Please do get in touch with me if anything is amiss with your order, and we’ll try to find a solution that makes us both happy. 

Due to the nature of handmade items, please appreciate that there may be some variation in products from how they appear online. I try my very best to make things perfect every time tho :’)

Prints, stickers, and any other manufactured goods are examined and graded by me, with any faults or defects meaning a product will be “B grade” – these will be made apparent and discount applied to adjust for the quality. 

Other FAQ’s

☁️ Are your stickers waterproof? ☁️

According to the manufacturer, yes !! – even dishwasher safe, though I haven’t tested that myself. However, I can attest to my stickers living ongoing and fresh lives on my sketchbooks and waterbottle :) 

☁️ Why haven’t you emailed me back yet? ☁️

I regularly check my shop emails, however if there is a significant delay, I can only apologise. Try checking your spam folder first, please. Otherwise, as mentioned, this isn’t my full-time gig so there may be a few days’ wait before I can get back to you. 

☁️ Is your packaging earth-friendly? ☁️

Sustainability is super important to me, so I’m always looking out for better ways to package my products in materials that are the bestest most recyclable-est, post-consumer-est, compostable-est, and low-impact-est out there. All of my art prints and originals are protected by plant-based, compostable / biodegradable film created in the UK. Likewise, my prints are made domestically, printed on post-consumer and sustainable paper stock. I strive to limit any overseas shipping of products and packaging supplies, and make use of any second-hand mailers I can get my hands on – so if your package looks preloved, that’s because it is! ♡
